MockNest

Privacy

MockNest is built for parents who set up practice for their child. This page explains what we store and why, in plain English. It is a product privacy notice for families using mocknest.co.uk.

Who the account is for

The signed-in account belongs to the parent or guardian. You add a child profile so practice and reports stay organised. The child uses the app under your account — they do not create their own login.

What we store

What we do not do

Why we need it

To run the service you asked for: save progress, show explanations, and give you a parent report. Auth keeps the nest private to your household.

Who we share data with

Only companies that help us run MockNest (processors), for example:

They may only use the data to provide that service to us. We do not sell personal data.

Children and UK data protection

Where we process a child’s practice data, we do so because you (the parent/guardian) created the account and asked us to provide the service. You can update or remove child profiles and request deletion as below.

How long we keep it

We keep account and practice data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete the account, we remove or anonymise personal data within 30 days, except where law requires a short retention (for example invoices or fraud prevention).

Questions?
